Qualche mese fa, presso la Scuola Collodi di Villardora, è iniziato un percorso laboratoriale con le bambine e i bambini del doposcuola, in collaborazione con la Coop. Soc. AREA 361.
Si tratta di un progetto educativo nato dall’esigenza di offrire a bambine e bambini, tra i 6 e i 10 anni, un laboratorio in cui partecipazione attiva ed empatia fossero i canali privilegiati attraverso i quali veicolare messaggi di inclusione sociale.
Utilizzando le dinamiche della drammatizzazione e del gioco di ruolo abbiamo affrontato, divertendoci, temi delicati di cui i bambini fanno potenzialmente esperienza - direttamente o indirettamente - nella loro quotidianità: come l’inclusione dell’ “Altro”, gli stereotipi, i pregiudizi e persino la guerra.
Dall’inizio alla fine di questo percorso, i nostri piccoli partecipanti sono stati gli assoluti protagonisti delle attività immaginando e costruendo quello che sarebbe stato il loro gioco di ruolo.
La messa in scena delle storie e dei giochi di ruolo é stata documentata da Stefano Di Marco attraverso reportage fotografici, seguiti dalla terza e ultima fase del progetto: le video-interviste delle attrici e degli attori.
Nonostante la diffidenza e la timidezza iniziale verso l’obiettivo della telecamera, questo strumento ci ha restituito, rispetto a quanto vissuto insieme, opinioni e considerazioni di notevole valore.
Il prodotto finale di questa arricchente esperienza è un video che verrà presentato alla Scuola Collodi e ai genitori a conclusione dell’anno scolastico.
**ENGLISH VERSION
-THE WORKSHOP OF EMPATHY-
Some months ago at Collodi Villardora School began a workshop with the children from the afterschool, in partnership with the Soc. Coop. AREA 361.
It’s an educational project developed to provide children, aged 6-10, a workshop in which active participation and empathy were the key channels through which convey messages of social inclusion.
Through drama and Role Play Game (RPG) rules we went on some sensitive issues, following a playful approach, the children may eventually live, directly or not, in their daily lives, such as: the social inclusion of the Other, the stereotypes, the prejudices and even the war.
From the beginning to the end of this journey our young participants were the absolute protagonists of the activities, imagining and building up what it would be their role play game.
The staging of the stories and the role plays has been documented by Stefano Di Marco through photo reportage followed by the third and last phase of the project: the video-interviews of actors and actresses.
Despite the initial diffidence and shyness toward the camera lens, this tool gave us valuable opinions and feedback concerning what we experienced together.
The final result of this enriching experience is a short movie we will present to Collodi School and parents at the end of the school year.
